Somewhere in Downtown Phoenix

The light of no hope. Why? Despite the rosy short term outlook for Downtown/Central Phoenix the long term outlook for Metro Phoenix is less fragrant.

That what my intention in this photo. The reflections of bright sun against the buildings in the midst of restoration, yet the light is now powerful enough to overcome the gloom in the background, that is, the shadow of an unsustainable city.
