Here we go, another renovation. This time it’s unit 03 in a mid century modern building in Central Phoenix.
This space is pretty much original to the 1955 build except for some mechanical items like plumbing and cosmetic plumbing like flooring.
It’s pretty much all going away and what’s going to replace it is a more modern eclectic space with rustic elements.
It’s May 31st 2015 – the tenant has move out and I already removed some blinds and small items.
Even last night I was thinking of refinishing and keeping the parquet floor, but this morning I changed my mind. A uniform floor throughout the living space and kitchen will enlarge the space.
Another think I’m considering is keeping the bathtub and tile surround. It’s in really good condition. That’s at 50/50% right now.
